Since Moody Moon Ridge was built around the idea of community, it only made sense to place amenities at the heart of our location. No matter which homesite you pick, amenities are never more than a short, beautiful walk away. It’s the perfect distance to connect with nature on your way over.
Move your body
With state-of-the-art Precor equipment, our 900-sqft workout building is the perfect place to run, lift, and bike. Or move your body outside with 1.5+ miles of walking trails, as well as pickleball and shuffleboard courts.
Rest & recharge
Feel like you’re on vacation every day in our luxury open-air swimming pool and hot tub.
Gather every day
Whether you want to gather vegetables or gather with friends, we have the amenities you need. A 1.5-acre community garden, 1,200-sqft open pavilion, 1,400-sqft common building with shared offices and a full kitchen, two firepits, and outdoor seating.
